Doing better

Yesterday I did a few exercises that required my legs - Dead lifts, cleans, and a variation of a standing cable row. I was also able to get on the treadmill for a while too. Things went well. My knee is a little sensitive under load past 45 degrees yet, so heavy squats are still uncertain. I moved my training schedule around so my chest/back day and my leg day are not back to back (I put bi's/tri's in between). Tomorrow would be legs and I will be able to test my knee a little. I think a wrap of some kind would help as well. At least I know I can work my calves.

Off to thrash those arms!!
