Bud's fitness center

I have been posting about some of the equipment that folks have been donating to our weight room and I nearly forgot about some of my own. I have an older but still a nice Weider multi-station cable machine with a squat station and power tower attachment in my basement. since I moved the free weights into the storage place I forgot all about the Weider. My wife has been using the treadmill and I have another good friend who has been using the treadmill and the Nordic-Flex. That got me to thinking about the Weider. I also have an old stationary bike that I'm going to bring over. That weight room is starting to look like a fitness center. It pretty much has something for everyone.
