Know your limits!

I have slowed down a bit for a couple of days because I have had a sore back. Early last week I was working on my deadlift form and must have over done it a bit. Today it is a little sore but much better. Just in time for one final week of heavy training.

Tomorrow I am going to train with the rocks again. I hope to have some pics to put on here too. I am looking forward to having a full training week. That will help me to see where I am at with one week to go.
