Regimen Update

Okay, It's been a couple of weeks now since I have written a post. I have had a busy couple of weeks and extra time has been at a premium, but i do want to give an update on my training.

I have decided on a training regimen for this fall. I actually started on it this past Monday. I think it will be a good workout for what I am trying to accomplish this fall. It is different that what I have done in the recent past. I have been pretty sore everyday this week, but that is how I like to get into a workout. I like to blast my muscles right away and work through the soreness and fatigue right away. After the first week or so I can get into more of a rhythm.

I am getting older and I hope I can still recover fairly quickly!
