Time to focus

I finally put together a program to help me achieve my goals. I based this work out on advice from my mentor among other strongmen. The advice I read/heard the most was core, core, core. Work on the core lifts: Bench, squats and deads. this is a program that will help me to focus during the limited time I have to train. I also try to train Tuesday, Thursday, and Sturday, but it is hard to train everyday. I fugured if I focused on three days a week I could be consistent with the core lifts. It has been nice having a basic program to just go in and lift by.

Mon: Chest
S DB flie warm up
S Flat Bench Press
H Incline DB
H DB Pullover
H Light DB Flie

Wed: Legs -
S Squat
S Standing Calf Raise
S DB Squat
S DB lunge
S Leg Curl/Ext ?
H Seated Alt. Calf
H Straight Leg DL

Fri: Deads/Back
Light dead lift
DB shrug
BB row
Heavy dead lift
DB row
BB shrug
