I forget what it feels like to be really really sore. I got the squat rack from Chris on Tuesday, put it together that night and used it yesterday (Wednesday). I didn't go really hard, just light to work on form and get back into squating; but man am I sore tonight. When I sit down for more than a few minutes at a time getting up is good and painful.
My wife and I went to a movie tonight. Yeah, two hours of comfort and entertainment, that is until it was time to leave. I think I hid the agony well enough. I just walked like I was an old man.
I still have a little work to do on the rack to make it more secure, but it will be a great addition to the weight room - a neccessary addition. It came with two hooks to hold a squat bar and a couple other adjusable bars that I will use when I am doing 18" deadlift, curls, military press, etc. I am looking forward to making a few more attachments for it and making the rack an "all-in-one station. I will take some pics tomorrow and post them.

I didn't notice that you were sore when we left the movie. You hid it well.
Sorry this comment isn't from someone more exciting...but I love you! :)
