I have been trying to do more research on nutrition with the purpose of finding more natural ways to promote protein synthesis, natural HGH production, and natural testosterone production. What I have learned I hope will be very helpful in the future. I am no nutritionist or food scientist, but this is what I have learned so far.
One of the most interesting pieces of information is that every function of the body is due to some kind of hormone production. An interesting link I have been able to learn of has been the link between protein, hydration, rest, and strenuous weight bearing exercise in the production of growth hormone.
The human body is made mostly of water. when it becomes even a little dehydrated that interferes with the body functioning efficiently, and being able to process proteins and produce hormones.
Efficient proteins like poultry, fish, and eggs are easy for the body to digest and absorb. A steady diet of these foods keeps the body tanked up on proteins and amino acids for rebuilding muscle fibers. Casein protein, mainly in red meat, is a longer term protein that helps to keep amino acid levels in the body elevated for longer period of time for prolonged energy transfer to the muscles
Rest is key because the body releases the largest amount of growth hormone during the first few hours of sleep. Minimal gh is released during the other hours of the day so it is important to optimize gh release during sleep. A well rested body focuses its energy on recovering muscles and joints for peak growth.
Strenuous weight-bearing exercise releases hormones that are key to growth hormone production. these hormones need all of the above in order to synthesize gh. A body that is hydrated, rested, and taking in a steady diet of protein will have all of the pieces needed to optimize gh production and grow stronger faster.
