Cross Training - Refreshing???

Never thought I'd say it but cross training is actually a refreshing change. It is exhausting , but sure has been good for the joints. I also feel like I am getting a great full-body, or at least a multi-muscle group workout. Today I did two Cross Fit dumbbell circuits: a Cross Fit arms circuit and a Cross Fit core. Then I did a variation of a Spartan 300 chest/core circuit. I finished with several biceps/triceps super sets for a good pump. That made a total of 50 reps per muscle group. Today was the best workout I have had in quite a while. The change is doing some good.
