Competition day is just one week from Saturday and I am excited and gearing up for it! I am altering my diet starting tomorrow to increase my Nitric Oxide levels. Nitric Oxide aids in muscle recovery and growth. How does one go about increasing it? Well, supplementation is the easiest way but it is expensive. I have chosen to do this naturally. foods that naturally contain higher levels of Nitric Oxide are beans, fish, lean meat, and soy products to name a few. For the next eight days I am going to try and increase my intake of these foods to see what kind of benefits I can achieve. I know it certainly can't hurt.
