There are only 14 short days until my first and last competition of 2008. I think that I am going to grow attached to Haugen. I think I will develop sentimental attachment because of winning my first competition there and the organizers, the Drosts, really made it enjoyable. I am excited to go again just for the fun day and the diversion from the hectic life we have been leading lately.
I have been preparing myself for more of a challenge this year. Last year we ran through the competition. I think we will see more competitors, a higher level of competition. and increased challenges in the events. I am looking forward to what this year's competition has in store.
