Failure Test



Al and I encountered the first failure test on the bench pressing chart. http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/benchpgm.htm. We have been faithful to the chart for five weeks now and so far it is working. Tonight we both moved down a row on the chart which means we skip ahead five pounds in the routine. I won't take the time to explain it all , you can figure it out by going to the above link. I hope we can move up another five pounds in for weeks or so. That move would put Al on the road to 225# and me at 300# very soon!
