Last week was kind of a renewal of sorts. After the holidays, and several nominal lifting days, We got pretty serious last week. It was really good. I was exhausted after every workout and sore all week as if we had just started lifting for the first time. The intensity level was excellent and the drive was there to take us to a whole other level.
As far as the benching schedule is concerned I mentioned that I stayed on schedule While Al moved up again. I also received an email from a friend who works out just to stay in shape but has really gotten into benching. At forty years old and a lean 182# he just benched 220#. those two factors have added to my motivation to excel. I'm going to evaluate the schedule and bump it up a notch or two and raise the bar a little higher
